Business Week 20-24 settembre, ecco i momenti salienti
Great success for the first edition of the Business Week, the webinars promoted last week by Nova Systems to take a photograph of the current state of the market in the world of shipping, transport, customs and logistics and looking at the future of the sector. Digitalization and environmental sustainability were the focus of the speakers during the online events, which took place from Monday 20 to Friday 24 September.
Here are some of the highlights of the Nova Systems initiative:
The face of the Nova Systems‘ Business Week was that of Martina Gonella, from our company’s Sales Department.
The Business Week, for an entire week, involved some important figures of Nova Systems, who intervened to make their know-how available to participants: Filippo Menditto (Research & Development Manager, in photo) Giuseppe Riccardi (FTL Product Manager), Mario Miriamoli (Chief Sales Officer), Maurizio Sartori (TMS Product Specialist), Sebastiano Conti (FTL Account Manager), Filippo Barbieri (Accounting Product Manager), Riccardo Tarocco (Chief Research & Development), Stefano Avesani (TMS Product Manager) and Paolo Farneti (Project Manager).
Among the various topics discussed during the Business Week the webinar “How to exploit a market-oriented CRM” aroused a lot of interest. In constantly changing market, companies in the sector must rely on a valid sales-oriented commercial support. The BeOne’s CRM guarantees considerable advantages, starting from the easy management of offers to its clients. The search for information by freight forwarders and logistics operators becomes instantaneous thanks to an optimized database and configurable follow-up on offers.
“How to improve and monitor operational workflows”. Being proactive is the trump card to always be one step ahead of the market. How to do this? This strategy was at the center of the Business Week, in particular with a view to exploiting the Workflow of BeOne, the new frontier of the company’s organization. Thanks to the new feature developed by Nova Systems it is possible to obtain many benefits, which were described during the webinars. Starting from the creation and personalization of new, simple and intuitive working models, for the optimized management of each of the activities of the actors involved in the operational flow.
THE CASE HISTORY OF THE WEEK
The Business Week was also an opportunity to hear directly the voice of professionals in the sector and their experience. We had the pleasure to host Carlo Mangiarini, CEO of Air Sea Service, a company from Brescia that since 1984 operates in the sector of air and maritime transport and that has adopted the BeOne’s Transportation Management System to manage business activities. Mangiarini dealt with the theme “competitive levers and the migration project”.
For each of its potential customers, Nova Systems studies a path that, gradually, guides the company towards the full and effective use of the BeOne solution. A business approach project that puts both the management and the employees at ease, who will find in the Transport Management Software of Nova Systems a new ally in everyday work. The migration from an old Transport Management Software to BeOne thus becomes the prelude to success. The various steps were illustrated during the Business Week.
Appointment now in October, with a new edition of the Business Week and many other topics that regard closely the activity of shippers and logistic operators.
